Experimental dependences of microalgae concentration growth over time under certain values of nitrogen oxides concentration in the culture medium were obtained. The mathematical model of microalgae biomass growth depending on nitrogen oxides concentration was developed. Based on the solution of the mathematical model and the obtained experimental data, the concentration of nitrogen oxides for the maximal microalgae growth was determined.

Experimental dependencies of greenhouse gases absorption by microalgae depending on the impact of microwave electromagnetic (MEM) field have been obtained. The mathematical model of the dynamics of biomass growth of Chlorella Vulgaris microalgae depending on the time of electromagnetic radiation has been constructed. Based on the mathematical model solution and the experimental data obtained, a chart of the dependence of CO2 absorption by microalgae of the Chlorella Vulgaris provided that microwave radiation is present, has been constructed. The optimal value of microwave electromagnetic radiation for the design of technological schemes for the industrial purification of gas emissions from carbon dioxide by biological method has been established.

Huhlych // Environmental problems. - 2021. - Vol. 6, Num. 1. - С. 15-20. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/envpr_2021_6_1_5 This article presents the results of experimental studies on the use of Chlorella microalgae for wastewater treatment from the most common mineral pollutants. The influence of the mineral pollutants, namely anions <$E roman HSO sub 3 sup ->, <$E roman NO sub 3 sup ->, <$E roman {H sub 2 PO sub 4 sup -}> on the dynamics of wastewater treatment has been established. Analytical dependences of microalgae biomass growth rate depending on pollutant concentration <$E roman HSO sub 3 sup ->, <$E roman NO sub 3 sup -> and <$E roman {H sub 2 PO sub 4 sup -}> are obtained. The values of biomass growth coefficients at the corresponding pollutant concentrations are determined. Based on the obtained experimental research results, mathematical models have been constructed that allow predicting the maximum values of mineral pollutants concentrations at which effective wastewater treatment by chlorophyllsynthesizing microalgae is possible. The technological scheme of wastewater treatment from mineral pollutants and the mechanism of the obtained application biomass are proposed.

The mechanism of transfer of carbon dioxide from the air into the internal environment of the cells of microalgae has been described. The coefficient of microalgae growth based on the mathematical model has been determined. The analytical dependence of the mentioned coefficient on the light wave length has been obtained. The optimum length of light wave has been determined to design the flow chart for eliminating carbon dioxide from industrial gas emissions by the biological method.
